Highly recommended reading.
Any violation of these rules can result in being warned or banned.
I know it might seem a bit strict for a site that's this new to have a big set of rules, but we feel that if all members follow them, then we can all get along perfectly. Administrators and Moderators keep a keen eye on all participating in the RPG. We will award excellent RP behavior, and punish those who break the rules.
General Rules
1. No Spamming
Spamming is entirely unacceptable. Spamming is defined as posting/repeating the same thing multiple times(including posting the same piece in more than one location of the forums). If you spam, by the discretion of the admin handling the situation, you may be automatically banned(though this is highly unlikely). If you double-post, you must request for it to be removed within 2 days of the posting time or the post will make you eligible for ban/strike. Basically... don't post one right after another in the same thread... even if your second post has entirely new information... as it should have been included in the first post.
2. No Harassment
Do not harass other users OOC (out of character) in any way, and do not do it IC (in character) if it offends them OOC or relates to any OOC matters. You are not to harass, ridicule or make fun of anyone in OOC boards, through PMs, or in the chatrooms. Your character may have a grudge against their character(in fact it's quite welcome, it makes the RP's more interesting), but you are not to attack them as a person. Depending upon the situation and severity of the case, you may be automatically banned from the site.
3. Be Realistic
Be realistic! We are in a Digital world with Digital monsters, but don't get out of hand with your adventures and destroy everything in your path!
4. No Godmodding
NO godmodding... naturally the Sovereign will be able to godmode, however they will keep it to a minimum. If you are caught godmodeing you will be issued a warning, and need we remind you repeated rule breaking will lead to you being banned from this site!
5. R-Rated Topics
You may post content rated R (with content inappropriate for younger ages) if you use the appropriate [R] topic icon. Do not post on a topic that has the R topic icon unless you have received the poster's permission to post. Be warned that topics with the R topic icon may include sexual content and content inappropriate for young ages.
6. Do not enter private boards without permission
If there is a private board(marked with "Private" or a "p") you are not to post there unless you were invited by the maker of the board; or unless you wrote to them and got permission to join in on the RP. If you post in a private board you may get a strike.
7. Do not claim to be admin
You are not to say that you are an admin, unless you are given the position. For example, if you aren't granted the position of Professor, you cannot say that you are. Nor are you to say that you are related to one of the Professors, unless you have their permission and approval.
8. No Advertising
You may not make posts advertising websites. You may link to them in your profile (not signature), but please do not make posts about it. This includes websites to other playable games. This also means no advertising through Private Messages (PMs).

9. OOC Discussion
Try to keep OOC to a minimum on the RP boards, and remember to clearly mark OOC from IC using a suitable method such as parentheses ( ) or a notation such as OOC.
10. Smilies/Emoticons
Do not use the smilies/emoticons on RP boards unless they are in the OOC section of your post. Describe you're characters emotions.
11. Signature Images
a. You may have a maximum of no more than three images in your signature, one house banner, one year banner and one image/banner of your choice. Your banners may be no larger than 300x600 pixels and if it is that large you may have only one. Please don't make them bigger because it eats bandwidth and makes the screen load slower for other members.
12. Post a Character Description
Post a character description in the appropriate section so that we can see you are going to be active. If you join the site but do not post a character description within one week, you will be deleted at the end of the week.
13. Remain as active as possible
This is going to be a fairly active RPG hopefully, and if characters do not remain active it could all go downhill fairly quickly. So, the consequence to breaking this rule, is that if you are not active for one month, without reason, you will be deleted. This is mostly to encourage telling folks when you up and leave for a while, so that conversations don't fall in.
Character Rules
1. Post a Character Description BEFORE RPing
Post a character description in the appropriate section before you start roleplaying. If you join the site but do not post a character description within one week you will be deleted at the end of the week.
2. You may not be related to a Canon
This means you cannot be Rika's sister or Tai's second uncle twice removed. The canon characters are up for grabs but don't create imaginary relations!
3. Follow the Character guidelines!
Using the character guideline will make everyones lives so much easier. Use the guideline I have provided so that we can learn as much about your characters as possible.
4. Three Characters Per Username
You are limited to three characters per username. This is so that we don't have existing characters sitting around in the forum doing nothing. Keep your existing characters active or you will be asked to trade them!
5. Do not be a copycat.
Do not copy someone else's history, profile, journal, inventory, or anything of the sort. Be creative and original. If you are found copying something someone else wrote, you will be suspended for a short while, and your information will be taken down.
6. Put a link to your character's profile in your signature!
This is very important. By doing this you make it easier for, not only yourself, but the mods to check up on your profile and edit things where necessary. It also lets other people see your characters so they know who they're RPing with. Doing it is very easy. Simply use the following structure:

Partner: Renamon. Renamon is a Rookie Digimon and is of the Data type. She is an animal type Digimon in the appearance of a large, yellow fox wearing purple gloves. She has bright blue eyes and purple markings under them. A yin-yang symbol appearance on both of her gloves and she has lavender markings on her legs. Renamon is bipedal and relies on her speed during battle. Her attacks are powerful and she is revered in the Digital world as being quite powerful. Her attacks include Diamond storm, Rapid Kick, Power Paw and Flaying Kick.

Physical Apperance: Ashley is of average height and very slight build. She is thin and lithe. She has vibrantly brown hair, of shoulder length, with hazel highlights and icy brown eyes. She has fair, pale skin. She is most often seen wearing dark jeans, brown trainers with metal tipped toes and a green shirt with aqua sleeves and a white words on the chest. Ashley wears blue sweatbands on both her wrists and a blue and pink scarf around her neck. She prefers to keep her hair tied up in a spiky ponytail. She is considered to be very beautiful.
Relations: Ashley does not know most of her family but lives with her mother (Aaron) and her Grandmother (Bonnie). Her mother left when she was very young. She has no siblings to speak of and no pets, unless you count Renamon and she would most likely rip you to shreds of you called her a pet. Ashley is single but has deep feelings for Ryo.
